Pengaruh Ekstrakurikuler Futsal terhadap Arousal dan Komunikasi Olahraga Pada Siswa SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Subang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan statistik antara arousal dan komunikasi olahraga pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Subang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-korelasional potong lintang. Sampel terdiri dari 108 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive. Arousal diukur menggunakan adaptasi Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 Revised (18 item; α = 0,721), sedangkan komunikasi olahraga menggunakan kuesioner 25 item (α = 0,891). Analisis dilakukan dengan korelasi Pearson pada α = 0,05 setelah asumsi normalitas dan linearitas terpenuhi. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan (r = 0,696; p < 0,001) dengan varians bersama sebesar 48,4%. Istilah “pengaruh” dalam penelitian ini dimaknai sebagai efek statistik tanpa manipulasi variabel dan tidak menunjukkan hubungan sebab-akibat. Temuan ini memperluas kajian psikologi olahraga pendidikan dengan menekankan pentingnya kesiapan mental dan koordinasi interpersonal dalam mendukung komunikasi tim pada konteks ekstrakurikuler olahraga sekolah.
