About the Journal

Nutrition Scientific Journal (e-ISSN: 2964-9552; p-ISSN: 2964-5603) is a national scientific journal published twice a year (December and June) by the Nutrition Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Siliwangi.

We welcome all manuscripts from nutritionists, registered dietitians (RD), public health enthusiasts, researchers, lecturers, students, and other health professionals emphasizing nutrition-related topics. 

Nutrition Scientific Journal welcomes articles focused on the field of nutrition, including:

  • Clinical nutrition
  • Public Health nutrition
  • Food Sciences and Technology, specialized in functional food
  • Food services and management

Manuscripts submitted shall follow the specific format mentioned in the "Author Guideline and Submission" and will be reviewed by double blind reviewers.
