Peer Review Process
Jurnal Akuntansi Review Policy:
Articles published in the Journal of Accounting are reviewed by two peer reviewers.
The journal follows a double-blind review system.
Plagiarism screening of submitted manuscripts is conducted through the editorial system and reviewers, assisted by checks using Turnitin.
There are four (4) possible recommendations that reviewers can give:
-
Accept Submission: Accepting the article without any revisions;
-
Revision Required: Requiring revisions without the need for re-review. After the author revises the manuscript, it proceeds directly to the editing process;
-
Resubmit for Review: Requiring revisions, and after the author revises the manuscript, it is reviewed again;
-
Decline Submission: Rejecting the article due to insufficient quality.
In the review process, reviewers consider: the novelty of the topic, objectivity, methodology, impact/scientific implications, conclusions, and references.
The acceptance of an article by the Editor depends on the recommendation of the reviewers.
