Abstract

Kewirausahaan perempuan memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya dalam sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Namun demikian, pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan perempuan seringkali tidak hanya diperoleh melalui pendidikan formal, tetapi juga melalui proses pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dalam aktivitas bisnis sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan informal dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas kewirausahaan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja usaha perempuan di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 300 perempuan pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modeling berbasis partial least squares untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel dalam model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan informal berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas kewirausahaan. Selain itu, kapabilitas kewirausahaan terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha perempuan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pendidikan informal memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja usaha perempuan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman memainkan peran penting dalam membangun kapabilitas kewirausahaan yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha perempuan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur kewirausahaan dengan menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan informal sebagai mekanisme pembelajaran yang mendukung pengembangan kapabilitas kewirausahaan perempuan dalam konteks UMKM.
