Copyright and License

Submission of an article/manuscript constitutes acceptance of this policy and authors are not required to submit any special documentation.

1. License

Use of the article will be governed by Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike as currently displayed in the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA)

2. Author Warranty

The author warrants that the article is original, written by the author themselves, has not been previously published, does not contain any unlawful statements, does not infringe on the rights of others, is subject to copyright exclusively granted to the author and is free from any third-party rights, and that any written permission required to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author.

3. User Rights

The purpose of JENDELA PLS: Jurnal Cendekiawan Ilmiah Pendidikan Luar Sekolah is to disseminate published articles as freely as possible with excellent quality. Under the Creative Commons licence, JENDELA PLS: Jurnal Cendekiawan Ilmiah Pendidikan Luar Sekolah allows users to copy, distribute, display, and work on the work. Users must also attribute the author and JENDELA PLS: Jurnal Cendekiawan Ilmiah Pendidikan Luar Sekolah when distributing the work in journals and other publication media.

4. Author Rights

Authors retain all their rights to published works, such as (but not limited to) the following rights:

1. Copyright and other proprietary rights related to the work, such as patent rights,

2. The right to use the substance of the article in their own future works, including lectures and books,

3. The right to reproduce the article for their own purposes,

4. The right to enter into separate additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the article (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgement of its initial publication in JENDELA PLS: Jurnal Cendekiawan Ilmiah Pendidikan Luar Sekolah.

5. Joint Authorship

If the article is prepared jointly by more than one author, each author submitting the manuscript warrants that he or she has been authorised by all co-authors to agree to this copyright notice (agreement) and licence on their behalf, and agrees to inform his or her co-authors of the terms of this policy. JENDELA PLS: Jurnal Cendekiawan Ilmiah Pendidikan Luar Sekolah is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to internal disputes among authors. JENDELA PLS: Jurnal Cendekiawan Ilmiah Pendidikan Luar Sekolah will only communicate with the author concerned as the corresponding author.

6. Royalties

As an open access journal that disseminates articles free of charge under the terms of the Creative Commons licence, authors acknowledge that JENDELA PLS: Jurnal Cendekiawan Ilmiah Pendidikan Luar Sekolah does not provide royalties or other fees to authors.
