Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal managed and published by the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Siliwangi. The journal receives original research articles and review papers that align with its focus and scope, which include operations management, human resource management, financial management, and marketing management. Authors are required to follow the submission guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines or are submitted in an incorrect format will be REJECTED by the editor prior to further review. The editors only accept manuscripts that meet the required format and fall within the journal’s focus and scope. All submitted articles undergo a double-blind review process using the Open Journal System. Issues of Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen from Vol. 1, No. 1 (2015) to Vol. 11, No. 2 (2025) can be accessed through the following link.
